NEW! Print archive
Studies have shown that nothing depresses a faithful Lutheran Forum reader more than remembering that fantastic article sometime last year, was it in the summer issue? and then discovering, after a careful perusal of all the shelves in the house, that it's gone missing. Probably some eager if dishonest fellow clergy stole it at the last pericope study. And other local readers are far too zealous about the whereabouts of their own past LFs to lend their copies out, even for an IOU inscribed in blood...

Taking this dreadful situation to heart, we have decided to exercise mercy and start an archive of the print magazine here on our website. It's now listed at the left, so click over and take a look. You'll find each issue by its cover--click the cover and find the whole table of contents with downloadable PDFs of every article.
So far we only have the fall 2007 issue through spring 2009, but we'll do our best to expand backwards soon. If any of you have issues from the distant past and have some facility with scanning and PDF-creating, we'd be thrilled if you'd donate your time to make those issues available; just drop us a line at editor at lutheranforum dot org.
Thanks!
